To ensure that she keeps up with changes, and has a network of helpful celebrants, she is a member of the Association of Civil Marriage Celebrants  of Queensland and Australian Federation of Civil Marriage Celebrants.  

Her interest in the celebration of marriage led her to compile a book published under the title of "The Complete Book of Australian Weddings".   

A one time member of a women's public speaking club, and professional women association, she conducts ceremonies in a professional manner guided by the needs of the particular situation.

As a writer she has accumulated huge resources to allow couples to compile a ceremony that reflects their personal needs and preferences. Her couples have included the very young marrying for the first time, the very mature who have been lucky enough to find their soul mates in the twilight of their years, and the many in between. 

As well as hundreds of Australian couples, she has conducted wedding ceremonies for couples from a variety of countries and backgrounds including Belgium, China, El Salvador, Fiji, France, Germany, Philippines, Poland, UK, USA, Vietnam - to name a few.
