Fees for Wedding, Baby Naming, Renewal of Vows and Commitment Ceremonies 

Booking Fee
When booking the date, day and time of your ceremony, a non-refundable fee is required, the balance to be paid no later than one month before the ceremony.

Refund Policy
While the booking fee is non-refundable, the balance of the fee is refundable in all cases. 

Travelling Fee
Travelling fee is included in the total fee and covers travel in Brisbane Shire with its many beautiful parks and gardens, Redclife Shire with its kilometres and kilometres of beaches, Pine Rivers Shire, and its delightful heritage surroundings, Redland Shire where all roads lead to the Bay.

Surcharge
There are no separate charges for public holidays or different days of the week. Whether your choice is a Saturday or a Monday, two o'clock in the afternoon, or six o'clock in the evening, the fee is the same.

Break up of Services

1. A free appointment at whatever location. Or a free mail out of information pertinent to your particular ceremony.

2. Unlimited consultation, both personal and email or phone, to help you with the construction of you ceremony. (wedding/ baby naming/ renewal of vows/ commitment ).

3. Providing you with a book of  ceremony samples (more than 200 pages for wedding or renewal of vows or commitment ceremonies and over 100 pages for the naming ceremony).

4. A draft of your ceremony that you can continue to modify until you are satisfied

5. Editing your ceremony draft to ensure that it is just the way you want it to be

6. A beautifully printed Booklet/Order of Service for each of your guests to enjoy and keep as a memento of your special occasion.

7. Each of the Booklets will be personalised to fit in with your theme or colour scheme - including a photograph should you want to use one. This is particularly a choice for Baby Naming Ceremonies.

8. Personalised and professionally executed Certificates for all Naming, Renewal and Commitment Ceremonies - including certificates for all participants in the Naming ceremony - Godparents, Granparents, Siblings etc(

9. Calligraphy printed Marriage Certificate.

10. Rehearsal for all ceremonies to ensure that all involved know exactly what to expect on the day.

11. Meeting up with all participants on the day

Although Vlady probably spends more time on each individual ceremony than other celebrants because she enjoys doing it and because she wants to make sure that your event is everything you hope it is, there are no hidden costs or add-ons services in her fees. 

You will probably also notice, that apart from weddings which involve legal requirements and legal documents which must be purchased, she charges the same fee for all other ceremonies. This is because she uses as much care with a Naming Ceremony as she does with a Renewal of Vows or a Commitment Ceremony. All are just as special and are treated as such. 

As is often the case, cheap is not necessarily the best criteria to ensure that your special event is special. If you've ever attended a Baby Naming Ceremony which felt flat and uninspiring, then you know why.
