1. Contact me about the date you've chosen, the time of the ceremony and the wedding venue. 2. Complete the 'Notice of Intended Marriage' Form, have it witnessed by the appropriate authority, (you will find this on the back of the form) and either post it or email it to me. I can post this form to you, or you can download it here. "Notice of Intended Marriage". 3. Free to meet up with me for a wedding appointment? Make the wedding appointment at my home, or your home, or at a place convenient to us both or if you are a business owner, I can visit you at your place of work. 4. Got ideas about the kind of wedding ceremony you want? I'm happy to work with you to create a ceremony that expresses who you are. To help and inspire you, I have huge wedding resources, including samples of complete wedding ceremonies with different themes and different situations.6. I'm available to attend a rehearsal should you feel the need of one, and, if necessary, I can provide a PA System for the day. ...........................................................
